Legal terms that govern your use of the Mazaya B2B SaaS platform and related services.

Last Updated: July 03, 2026

1. Acceptance

By registering for Mazaya, accessing the dashboard, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you accept on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Accounts & Security

You must provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions, Billing & Refunds

Subscription plans determine included features and usage limits. Billing is processed by our payment provider (e.g., PayPlus). Billing cycles, cancellations, and refund eligibility are described in our Refund Policy. Mazaya may suspend or terminate services for non-payment.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the platform or attempt to breach tenant isolation. Prohibited actions include reverse engineering, unauthorized access attempts, automated scraping, distributing malware, or manipulating usage metrics.

5. Merchant Obligations

Merchants control loyalty rules, rewards, and customer interactions. You must ensure your campaigns and messaging comply with local laws, consumer protection rules, and anti-spam regulations.

6. Intellectual Property

Mazaya retains ownership of platform software, trademarks, and documentation. Merchants retain ownership of their uploaded brand assets. You grant Mazaya a limited license to use merchant content as necessary to provide services.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Services are provided 'as-is' and 'as-available.' Mazaya is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to amounts paid in the prior 12 months, where permitted by law.

8. Termination & Governing Law

Either party may terminate in accordance with these Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel and disputes shall be brought in Tel Aviv courts, unless otherwise agreed.
